Color Sandbox

Test complimentary color combinations for text and background color.

This tool has four color boxes to test different combinations of text color and background color to help you create the ideal color palette for your next project.

Instructions

When the page is refreshed, the background colors will be randomized and the text color for each will complement the background color.
Click the icon to open show the options to adjust the background and text colors as well as the font size.
Click the icon to re-randomize only that box.
If you want to lock one or more boxes so that they don't randomize when refreshed or so they'll stay there the next time you return, click the icon on that box.
You can click the icon to undo a change and go back to previous states for that box.
